You will receive a unique, detailed design plan according to your desires, personalities, & home architecture for your Landscape, Hardscape, Pool & Spa needs. Jim Satterfield has over 25 years construction and Design experience to provide you with a creative and very detail-oriented design to fit your needs. These ideas and designs are also more than adequate to give your homeowners association full approval of your project.  From designing, engineering, permits, beginning construction to completion, Valencia Pool Designs has professional service for complete satisfaction. The fee to start the design phase of your project is $500.  If you choose to keep the plan, Valencia Pool Designs will require an additional $750.00. However, if you choose Valencia Pools Designs to do the work, any money paid towards the design will be credited to the total price of the contract.
